Admin Marketing Staff (New Manila, QC)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Recommend and assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives and plans
• Design and develop marketing materials such as corporate brochure, company profile, presentations, website, etc. Monitor the production of these materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness.
• Develop and integrate marketing activities across service areas such as logo, templates, presentations, etc.
• Develop and implement the company’s advertising programs – design and place advertisements, negotiate contracts with media, work with design agencies on advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement the company’s PR programs, to include internal and external publications such as newsletters, client alerts, greeting cards, etc. that enhance public awareness of the company
• Coordinate, review, edit and design responses to Request for Proposals
• Oversee the planning and execution of client seminars, special events, panel participation and other ad hoc marketing efforts
• Conduct internet and marketing research
• Attend Sales and Marketing group meetings to assist the team in the development of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for cross-marketing. Prepare minutes of the meetings.
• Do market size research to determine specific segment market share
• Participate in external Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
• Promote the company’s products and services through all marketing activities
• Provide administrative and office support services to the sales and marketing department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts or other related courses
• Preferably with Marketing and Admin Experience on Industrial Markets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as with strong multi-media marketing inclination.
• Strong Sales and Business Development Orientation, preferably with industrial exposure. Coating background is a plus
• Microsoft literate (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and photo/video editing skills (i.e, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Filmora, etc.)
• Must be amenable to work in New Manila, Quezon City
• Candidates shortlisted for interview will be asked to submit sample works of their photo and video editing projects or portfolio
