In this position, you will be:



• Developing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other visual assets to maintain the company's design standards.
• Conducting thorough user research and remain up to date with industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and address user needs effectively.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive design documents for reference and documentation.
• Crafting user stories, use cases, and user flows to guide the design process.
• Fostering strong collaboration with developers and fellow designers to ensure the product's alignment with user requirements.
• Conducting usability testing, analyze results, and implement necessary improvements.
• Monitoring and analyzing product analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.

Skills and Qualification:



• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative mindset to tackle complex design challenges.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies and familiarity with relevant tools.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and front-end development concepts is highly advantageous

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
