Responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on optimizing performance across various digital marketing channels, such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. You will play a key role in driving measurable results and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through effective campaign planning, execution, tracking, and analysis.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall strategic development, budget management, performance optimization and operational planning for paid media strategy.

2. Plan, buy, set-up and optimize paid performance channels across the full funnel, including select traditional channels and retargeting strategies for both paid social and digital channels; and put in place measures to ensure all channels are performing well to meet revenue and brand health metric targets.

3. Conduct accurate, detailed and timely analysis throughout and post-marketing campaign periods based on sales and traffic performance, campaign effectiveness and feedback from internal stakeholders to derive key insights for business growth and decision making, tweak existing and new campaigns to improve performance.

4. Ensure best practice implementation of tagging, tracking and targeting to drive and monitor quality traffic.

5. Manage and develop relationships with external digital marketing affiliate partners to build and identify opportunities to run effective affiliate campaigns that drive new customers, sales and traffic to Casino Plus.

6. Conduct quarterly and annual reviews to ensure optimizations, constant learnings and improvements to deliver on agreed KPIs, keep abreast of the changing media landscape.

7. Assess new technology, market trends, consumer behaviors, passenger purchase cycles etc., to identify new opportunities or need for change to Scoot's media strategy.

● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.

● To respond to changes in the marketing function as dictated by the Company

● To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned



Education and Experience:


● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 3 years in performance-based marketing

● Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment.

● The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives

● Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

● Ability to travel as necessary.
