UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Engineer to join our team and help us create exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and functional.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and front-end developers to bring design concepts to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Implement consistent design patterns, typography, color schemes, and visual elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity across our products.

- Design and optimize user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to create intuitive and user-centered experiences.

- Develop interactive prototypes and mockups to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the application to stakeholders.

- Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.

- Conduct usability tests, user research, and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience.

- Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.

- Optimize front-end code for performance and responsiveness, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.

- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects and demonstrating your technical and design skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.
