Fullstack Developer (Hybrid)

Location: Makati City

Salary: Up to Php 170,000


Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new software features

- Designing, developing, and testing full stack applications using industry best practices

- Ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews and continuous integration

- Optimizing application performance and scalability

- Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the software

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full stack development

- Mentoring and supporting junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth



Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

- Strong backend development skills using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
