1. Develop, maintain, and optimize the front-end features of the Teambooster AI platform using React JS, Redux, CSS3, and other relevant technologies.
2. Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web applications.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility and aesthetic appeal of UI/UX designs.
4. Implement asynchronous request handling and partial page updates using Node.js.
5. Validate all user input before submitting to back-end services.
6. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
7. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS and Redux.
2. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
3. Solid experience with Node.js.
4. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
5. Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
6. A keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
