Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Nodes, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts into Hongkong. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with potential clients, assisting with expert network and headhunting projects, creating content for social media channels, and collaborating on various assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development:

● Identify and target potential clients interested in expert network services and recruitment solutions.

● Initiate contact with prospective clients and engage in outreach efforts.

● Assist in developing proposals and presentations to showcase Nodes' capabilities.

Expert Network and Headhunting Projects:

● Collaborate with the project teams to support the execution of expert network and headhunting projects in Japan.

● Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.

Social Media Content:

● Create and curate weekly content for Nodes' social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.).

● Engage with followers and foster discussions on industry-related topics.

Assigned Projects:

● Participate in various projects related to business development, industry research, and recruitment initiatives.

● Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance Nodes' presence in Hongkong.
