US Recruiter

Job Description

You will be a key player in locating and recruiting qualified individuals for our company's available roles as a freelance hire-based recruiter. To provide a quick and easy recruiting process, your main duty will be to find, evaluate, and submit eligible prospects to our hiring managers. To achieve our recruitment goals and objectives, you will work closely with our internal team and have open lines of communication. Since this is remote employment, you may work on your own schedule and get paid on a per-hire basis when you successfully place candidates.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end US Staffing/Recruitment
• Salary range based on hires
• Experience with various job boards is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least college undergraduate.
• Embrace a STARTUP MINDSET.
• Strong communication and comprehension skills.
• Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
