UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience. This includes creating user personas, conducting usability testing, and gathering feedback.
• UI Design: Design the visual elements of the product, including the layout, color schemes, typography, and interactive components. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• UX Design: Develop user flows/ user stories, information architecture, and interaction design that enhance the overall user experience. Ensure that the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
• User Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to align project goals and ensure a cohesive design and development process.
• Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts and interactions.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency in UI elements and design across the product. 
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and deep understanding of UXUI design for both web and mobile applications.

• At least 4 years’ experience in UI/UX design and relevant degree with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Experience in designing slot games, sportsbooks and other WEB and APP designs. 
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Miro and other industry-standard tools. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in design execution. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A hard worker with a positive can-do attitude. 
• Have good communication skills and learning ability and teamwork spirit. 
• Must be willing to report onsite 6 days a week.
