Marketing Specialist

The Partner Campaign Management Executive will primarily be responsible for campaign ideation till execution for the merchant and driver/delivery-partner audiences with more focus on branded and native campaigns. You will work directly with the business development and GrabAds team to build and maintain relationships with external brands/clients that want to tap the merchant and driver-partner audience via campaigns, perks or promos.

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage driver communications requests/campaigns and delivery. Can meet tight deadlines, and must be keen on details.
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Account Management- Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support local campaigns and communication needs for different projects primarily focusing on branded partnerships -- campaigns, perks, and promos for driver-partner and merchant-partner audiences
• Work closely and efficiently as a team with business development, driver communications, operations, creative and marketing colleagues and external agencies to ensure that partner commitments are delivered on time, on brief and within budget
• Create and ideate campaigns apt for the target audience
• Pitch campaign proposals to external partners and brands
• Deliver campaigns that are actionable, influence behavior and move metrics
• Supervise execution, monitoring and measurement of campaigns
• Ensure campaign implementation is on time and on brand with Grab’s Brand Guidelines
• Partner with insights and data analytics and other departments to measure campaign performance and compile regular performance reports
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
