We are looking for a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to work closely with our founder. In this role, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for healthcare organizations in Asia Pacific region.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and requirements for open positions within various healthcare specialties (nurses, doctors, therapists, allied health, etc.)
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across diverse channels (online job boards, social media, networking events, professional associations)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify promising candidates
  • Manage the interview process, coordinating logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide feedback on their suitability
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and employers
  • Maintain positive relationships with healthcare organizations and build a strong network within the industry
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve future hiring efforts

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and current hiring trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
