About the role
GrowthMarketers is looking for a dynamic and community-focused individual to join us as a Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online community, engaging with our audience across various platforms, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive community experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and experience in community management within a digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture our online community across different platforms. Your focus will be on creating an engaged and cohesive digital space reflective of our brand values.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions. Your goal is to enhance the overall community experience through genuine and thoughtful engagement.
- Moderate discussions and ensure community guidelines are followed while making everyone feel welcomed.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams, aligning community initiatives with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least two years of proven experience in online community management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics.
- Ability to handle and resolve community-related issues.
- Must be able to work 40 hours/week during US hours.
