Payments Product Manager

Job Description:
1. Independently responsible for the product planning and implementation of the cross-border payment product line, productized the payment capabilities of various regions, solved the pain points of merchants, and met the needs of merchants in payment scenarios;
2. Responsible for following up the entire life cycle of the product, evaluating the business demands of customers and businesses, pushing the implementation of the technical team inward, and effectively promoting the collaboration of cross-departmental teams and the implementation of matters;
3, based on business data, business feedback, research results and other means, issue product improvement plans, and constantly improve the key transformation indicators and usability of products;
4. Regularly analyze the user characteristics of the target country market and track the industry trends, so as to drive the innovation and iteration of products and enhance the commercial competitiveness of products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of Internet product experience, familiar with various business scenarios and business demands, overseas application experience is preferred;
- Have curiosity, can independently investigate overseas market product dynamics, have a keen insight into industry trends;
- Strong learning ability, strong logic and data analysis ability, good at using data analysis to express and deduce reasonable optimization and improvement plans;
- Have good teamwork and communication skills, can actively solve problems, good ability to work under pressure; Good English spoken and written skills;
- A certain understanding of Web3 industry is preferred.
