1. bese：remote，需要美国东西海岸/APAC时区，亚洲时区跟国内时差3小时以内，时差原因所以不考虑迪拜

2.report：直接汇报给Wilson

3.work experience：3-6

4.responsibility：负责link3 的marketing工作，有content writing需求，还有一些account / channel manage，很多hands on的工作，不带团队

5.其他要求：native English speaker，web3 native，过往经验有出色的成果

6.budget：150-200k / per year

7.补充信息：US Base可以cover insurance，其余国家只能走contractor
