• Employ a data-driven approach to optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends, adjust strategies, and report on ROI.
• Create and A/B test landing pages, ads, and content to enhance conversion rates.
• Stay updated on blockchain industry trends to inform innovative growth strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in CS, marketing, business, or a related field.
• English native speaker
• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing and community management within the crypto industry. 
• Strong written communication skills
• Proven track record in building and engaging online communities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
