  • Conduct talent acquisition processes to meet Job Solutions Manpower Agency's client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment methods within the staffing industry.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment.
  • Extend offers, negotiate contracts, and oversee onboarding efforts.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of recruitment trends and legal compliance.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept in negotiation, proficient with social media platforms. Ability to use Canva for creating engaging job postings and marketing materials. Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, engaging with potential candidates on social media, and contributing to the development of HR policies.
