- The Business Development Manager shall be in charge of the site acquisition, development, and management of the company's retail (supermarket) operations. They will regularly conduct market and data analysis to identify new business opportunities, oversee tenant and community relations, document, evaluate, and manage risks of potential sites, as well as providing leadership with an analysis on the sustainability and competitiveness of our ventures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, real estate management, or related experiences.
- Demonstrated success in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant management.
- Familiarity with the supermarket industry trends and its landscape preferred.
