We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Executive Assistant to join our team. This unique role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to both our marketing & sales teams’ efforts and executive team success.

The ideal candidate is a professional with a sales background who can simultaneously handle administrative tasks while working directly under our CEO. It is essential to possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You are a master of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.


Executive Assistant Responsibilities

-         Directly work under the CEO of the company, performing administrative tasks, setting appointments, organizing files, and other duties needed by the CEO.

-         Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

-         Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective follow-up.

-         Act as a trusted liaison between the marketing department, executive team, and other departments. Coordinate regarding the CEO’s work and other needs.

-         Assist in implementing practical changes and improvements to each department’s operations.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

-         Provide support to our sales team and the sales process through research, lead generation, and administrative support.

-         Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.

-         Collaborate with other teams for Sales team operations such as client visits, presentations, trainings, and other relevant tasks.


-         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

-         Proven experience in marketing, administrative support, or a similar role.

-         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.

-         Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

-         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM

-         Experience in event planning and project management a plus.

-         Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

-         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

-         Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.
