As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop email strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure email campaigns align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Manage and maintain email marketing tools and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and technologies in email marketing.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Copywriting: Strong writing skills to craft engaging and persuasive emails.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to improve results.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS.

Design Sense: Understanding of design principles to create visually appealing emails.

Segmentation and Personalization: Skills in segmenting email lists and personalizing content to improve engagement.
