Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract investment opportunities, and engage with the Web3 community.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and industry-specific platforms like Telegram etc.


Post-Investment Support:

  • Monitor portfolio companies to ensure they are progressing according to their roadmaps, providing guidance and support to keep them on schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between portfolio companies and industry resources, facilitating connections that can help them achieve their strategic goals.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on the marketing plans of portfolio companies, suggesting modifications to enhance effectiveness.
  • Track the progress of portfolio companies and report on their marketing milestones and challenges to senior leadership.


Industry Engagement and Networking:

  • Leverage your industry connections and resources to build partnerships and create opportunities for Jsquare and its portfolio companies within the Web3 and crypto communities.
  • Represent Jsquare at industry events, conferences, and meetups.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for future initiatives.


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the investment, product, and technology teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.


Event Planning:

  • Assist in event planning when required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing management within the crypto industry is essential.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and crypto markets, with established industry connections and resources.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
