Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience to manage and audit social media content. The ideal candidate will ensure that all social media content aligns with Kpability’s or the client’s brand guidelines and marketing strategies, enhancing online presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit social media content regularly to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Emplifi, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
