- Generate sales leads and maintains a consistently healthy pipeline through lead generation activities such as cold calling, emails, visits, etc. of potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospective clients each week.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Gather documents and requirements and drafts business proposals.
- Coordinate with the management team to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, often required to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in managing a sales team, which includes hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Experience in selling SaaS to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle objections.
- Works well in a team setting and fosters collaboration.
