  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals in the BPO & Call Center services space.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the sales team at Ace Outsource Solutions.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for market penetration and client acquisitions.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership in tenders, contracts negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field required.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in sales management or relevant role, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in sales-related software and CRM.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, develop sales strategies and set goals, analyze data and market trends, establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with travel required for client meetings, industry events, and sales initiatives.
  • Qualities and Traits: Results-driven, confident negotiator, highly motivated, capable of managing a team, adaptable, and ethical in dealings.
