CIS BD Lead

1. Responsible for developing, implementing, and refining the localization business strategy and tactics for the CIS region to achieve the company’s business objectives.
2. Responsible for expanding KOL channel partnerships and business relationships in the CIS region to drive user growth.
3. Lead the planning and promotion of various online and offline market activities locally, coordinating with global marketing to ensure consistency in brand promotion.
4. Build and manage the local team to ensure the overall revenue or ROI targets are met.
5. Assist in enhancing the company’s various business products.

1. At least 2 years of experience in industry and managing a BD team in the CIS region.

2. Extensive local contacts with spot trading channels and KOL resources, with a strong understanding of local exchange markets and user distribution.

3. Data-sensitive with a strong focus on goals and results.

4. Driven by ambition, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Fluent in Chinese.
