Web3运营策划实习生

岗位职责：

1、协助运营团队进行各渠道和社交媒体平台的运营，包括不限于TikTok，Facebook，X，Instagram，Telegram，Reddit等平台。 

2、协助策划和运营平台，实现快速用户增长和流量增长，协助撰写、发布内容输出，包括博客文章、社交媒体帖子和市场推广材料等。

3、线上线下活动策划、市场营销、数据分析等，为决策提供支持。

4、根据不同阶段的运营结果，协助团队调整运营方案。

5、上级交办的其他任务等。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the operations team in managing various channels and social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, and Reddit.
2. Help plan and operate the platform to achieve rapid user growth and traffic increase, including drafting and publishing content such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
3. Support online and offline event planning, marketing, and data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
4. Assist the team in adjusting operational strategies based on results at different stages.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

任职要求

1、在读本科或研究生，市场营销、金融类、商业管理等相关专业优先。

2、对区块链和Web3技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入了解行业动态，了解并擅长平台营销玩法优先。

3、中英双语沟通能力强，主动热情，能够清晰表达观点。

4、具备较强的自我管理能力和团队合作精神，能在快节奏的环境中工作。

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies, with a willingness to explore industry trends and familiarity with platform marketing strategies preferred.
3. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to express ideas clearly.
4. Strong self-management abilities and team spirit, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
