We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer/Quality Management Representative to ensure the organization adheres to legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. The role involves overseeing compliance programs, managing quality management systems, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address non-compliance issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate their impact to the organization.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities and senior management.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or violations.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and ethical standards.

Quality Management Duties:

  • Manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Develop and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement measures for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with departments to address quality concerns and improve processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external audits and certifications.
  • Promote a quality-focused culture across the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum [X years] of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to conduct audits, manage risks, and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using compliance and quality management software/tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Certification in compliance or quality management (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Compliance Professional) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
