  • Strong research and analytical skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and identify target audiences for marketing initiatives.
  • Creative thinking: Ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Experience in writing and proofreading creative copy for various platforms (websites, social media, promotional materials).
  • Proficiency in content management: Experience managing the production and performance of multimedia content (text, video, graphics, etc.).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and the ability to update and maintain databases efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills: Capable of coordinating promotional activities, events, and interviews.
  • Ability to manage social media campaigns effectively, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Proficient in monitoring and tracking marketing performance, including the use of analytics tools to assess campaign success and ROI.
  • Ability to monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources in line with marketing goals.
  • Strong attention to detail in ensuring accuracy in the tracking of data, updates to websites, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for distributing and presenting ideas, information, and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
