Assist in the design and installation of event decor, ensuring all elements (e.g., floral arrangements, lighting, drapery) are placed according to event specifications and client preferences.
Venue Preparation: Collaborate with the event team to prepare and transform event spaces, including managing inventory, setting up props, furniture, and other decorative elements, ensuring the space looks cohesive and on-brand.
Event Support and Cleanup: Provide on-site support during events, helping with any adjustments needed for decor, and assist in the breakdown and cleanup after events, ensuring all items are properly packed and stored.
Experience in Event Design and Setup: Previous experience in event decor, including working with floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, and other design elements, is preferred.
Attention to Detail and Creativity: Strong ability to pay attention to details while being creative in designing and arranging decor to match event themes or client preferences.
Physical Stamina and Teamwork: Must be able to lift, move, and set up heavy decor items, and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
