We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Travel and Tour Reservation-Marketing Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling travel bookings, reservations, and promoting our tour packages to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation & Customer Service:

  • Manage and process travel and tour bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, offering travel advice, and assisting with any post-booking requirements.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and tour packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and client preferences.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tours, packages, and travel services through various channels (social media, email marketing, website content, etc.).
  • Create engaging promotional content for marketing materials, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the travel industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, partners, and suppliers to boost sales and marketing efforts.

Sales & Performance Tracking:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for travel bookings and tour packages.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Track reservations, sales conversions, and customer feedback to improve offerings.

Administrative Support:

  • Keep up to date with industry developments, travel restrictions, and destination information.
  • Assist with general administrative duties related to reservations and marketing, including invoicing and payments.
  • Ensure that all promotional materials, booking confirmations, and customer communications are accurate and timely.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in travel reservations, tour sales, or related customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for travel and exploration.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tour packaging and destination management.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content creation, and website management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems or related software.
