Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Staff to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting our properties, engaging with potential buyers, and supporting our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Follow-up: Contact potential buyers or prospects through calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide information on available properties and services.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments between prospects and marketing representatives.
• Inquiry Handling: Respond to and manage inquiries from social media pages, and other marketing channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Database Management: Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients, ensuring all contact information is accurate and organized.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead conversion, engagement metrics, and marketing campaign performance.
• Customer Support: Offer exceptional support and guidance to clients throughout the inquiry and property-buying process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office, and other social media platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable in making calls and answering inquiries thru calls/messages.
• Previous experience in real estate or marketing (preferred but not required).
