  • Liaise with the global crypto community and develop strong relationships with its members.
  • Actively engage with BitKan community members, encourage participation in discussions, and expand the active community across all channels.
  • Respond to customer comments and requests in a timely manner, answer questions, and provide support to members who need it.
  • Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles; ensure that all members are following the rules, and take action against those who violate the guidelines.
  • Manage the user banning process, and track and remove previously banned users.
  • Resolve disputes by acting as a mediator and finding a solution that works for all involved parties.
  • Develop the online community moderation strategy and calendar.
  • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.
  • Provide community feedback to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, product, PR, and communications teams at BitKan to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology, industry trends, and community developments.
  • 2-3年的在线社区管理成功经验,至少有1年与加密货币/区块链产品相关的工作经验

  • 3-10 years of success in online community moderation, with at least 1 year of experience working with crypto/blockchain products.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto market and crypto trading.
  • Expert knowledge of platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (minimum 3 social networks to choose from).
  • Previous experience in planning and managing online events is preferred.
  • Independent, responsible, and highly organized approach to work, creativity in engaging participants and solving challenges.
  • Fluency in English is preferred, C1+ level, ideally a native speaker or bilingual.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities: able to build and manage relationships with customers, team members, colleagues from other departments, and external partners.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with customer service and online management tools.
