Purpose of the Role
- The Trainer Associate is responsible in helping with the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs to DIP employees for Colombia and Philippines. The Trainer Associate work together with the managers, leaders, and senior consultants to identify training needs of the members and/or the department.
- The Trainer Associate is also responsible in helping to equip DIP employees with the knowledge, skills, information, and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively and efficiently.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Scope
- Help identify the training and development needs within the DIP platform through analysis and communications with the leaders.
- Design and create programmes based on the needs of the platform, its department, and the employees.
- Help produce and create training materials for in-house courses.
- Conduct in-house trainings, including onboarding of the new joiners for the platform.
- Monitor, review, and assess the progress of the trainees through assessment tests and results, attendance, participation, and providing feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure that training requirements are met.
- Prepare evaluation reports for trainings that includes the assessment results, attendance, and performance of the trainees or new hires.
- Help the training department solve training problems.
- Promote DIP and Inchcape’s framework and work culture.
- Continuous progress on professional development through courses related to training.
- Up to date with training and development skills and updates by attending meetings, researching, and attending relevant courses.
- Researching new methodologies for training and development that can be applicable to the platform.
Strategy & Planning
- Reporting on status of tasks and projects for training.
- Forecasting future training update applicable for DIP.
- Attendance at various training meetings, along with administrative support for recordkeeping and follow-up with both attendees and non-attendees.
Skills and Experience Required:
Knowledge and Experience
- At least a year of relevant experience.
- Experienced in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and Microsoft Word for documentation.
- Knowledgeable in IT related terminologies and the field.

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure high-paced environment and make sound decisions.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, diverse culture, and collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
