Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR and Admin role located in Makati at StoneVic Philippines Company Ltd. The role will involve HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Proficiency in managing employee benefits and personnel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • minimum of 5 years working experiences
  • Experience in the trading or construction industry is a plus
