Position: Senior Business Development Executive

Experience: 4-5 years in IT Services Sales

Location: Mckinley Hill, Taguig City

Shift: US Time Zone

Work Set-up: On-site


We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our footprint in IT services.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities through bidding portals and direct outreach (LinkedIn, networking, cold calling).

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning Renee.ai’s IT services to address their business challenges.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs, showcasing our expertise in AI, Data Analytics, and IT services.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze market demands, and identify growth areas to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Mentorship: Guide junior business development team members in best practices and strategies.


Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-6 years in international business development with a focus on IT services (AI, Data Analytics, and custom software development).

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and application development.

Skills: o Proficiency in online bidding platforms and direct sales methods.

o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Consultative selling ability to propose tailored solutions for client needs.

o Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
