  • Provide remote customer support for a leading cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring a seamless trading experience for users.
  • Offer professional customer assistance via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist with inquiries related to account management, trading, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation.
  • Work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, covering different time zones; each shift is 9 hours, including a 1-hour break.
  • Maintain high service standards by resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Product teams, to address complex issues.
  • Stay up to date with cryptocurrency industry trends and platform updates to provide informed support.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language (such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Russian) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment and provide 24/7 global support.
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency trading, wallets, and blockchain technology is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
