We're expanding into the US and are looking for an experienced BPO sales closer who thrives on outbound activity and knows how to win new business.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for building and closing your pipeline of US-based businesses looking to reduce costs, improve productivity, and scale efficiently through offshore staffing. This is a high-activity, high-autonomy role with clear targets and serious commission potential.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales process from lead generation to close
- Source and contact cold prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Deliver high-converting discovery calls and product presentations
- Clearly articulate Pandr’s value proposition and ROI to decision-makers
- Identify client pain points and create tailored outsourcing solutions
- Manage and update CRM pipeline accurately
- Collaborate with recruitment, onboarding, and CSM teams for a smooth client handover
- Report weekly sales metrics and forecasting
- Stay up to date with US market trends and competitor landscape
What You Bring?
- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales
- Prior experience selling BPO, outsourcing, offshoring, or VA services (mandatory)
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal English communication (American market fluency)
- Confidence to handle objections and close decision-makers on the spot
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your pipeline
- Tech-savvy: CRM, video calls, LinkedIn, proposal software, etc.
- Preference given to candidates with US timezone experience

- Daily outbound call targets consistently
- Minimum of 10 discovery calls held per week
- Weekly closed-won deals with high client satisfaction
- Strong, consistent feedback from prospects and internal team
