Job Summary
Primarily in-charged of proving high quality training and smooth accreditation journey to SBU4 Sales Team
Duties and Responsibility
- Sales Training
- Create effective training modules for new agents
- Conduct trainings not limited to BOP, EXPO and Docs (Trinity)
- Continiously improve existing training modules based on what the Sales Team needs
- Source subject matter experts to conduct advanced salesmanship trainings
- Develop and establish deputized trainors for every network
- Create and develop engagement programs for Sales
- Help develop the sales team towards career progression
- Release of monthly Sales Training calendar
- Provide necessary reports relative to agent training
- Accreditation
- Create efficient and smooth seller’s journey tools and programs
- Ensure efficient status monitoring of agents due for accreditation and requirement submission
- Provide necessary reports relative to agent accreditation
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Economics or any other related course.
- Technical Competencies: Above average knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Email tools, i.e. Outlook, GMail
- 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Sales Training/Sales Development role
