Staff4Me is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will play a critical part in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create engaging and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities{{:}

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivation
s
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and align with user expectation
s
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concept
s
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and functionalit
y
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and new trend
s
• Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and best practice
s
• Contribute your expertise in user experience principles to improve our product offering
s

Requirement

s
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including a strong portfolio demonstrating past wor
k
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar softwar
e
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysi
s
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript
)
• Ability to think critically and creatively with a strong focus on user-centered desig
n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skill
s
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferre
d
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plu
