Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor project execution at various sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress and quality control
• Ensure that safety standards and local construction codes are followed
• Provide technical advice and support during project implementation
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs as needed
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues on-site

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC board passer)
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project implementation
• Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans
• Familiar with construction standards, structural design principles, and project documentation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is a plus
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication and leadership skills
