Job Summary:
The Community Coordinator assists homeowners with their concerns and facilitates events and programs for the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of Communication Channels
- Join or ask to be invited into relevant group chats and Facebook groups and pages.
- Activate each village's Social and Cultural Committee.
- Share/repost official announcements and guidelines that are published by The Loop facebook page, resolutions from LEHOA meetings, and updates from relevant service providers,
Maintenance of Residents' Database
- Conduct an annual census of all residing individuals in all assigned villages.
- Build/update village directory.
- Support cluster heads in building strong working relationships with partner local government units.
- Ensure that assigned villages are updated on all official announcements and declarations.
Management of Village-related Concerns
- Monitoring of basic village services.
- Ensure resolution of village-related service requests (SRFs).
- Address existing village rules violations immediately.
Qualifications
- Cavite Based
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mass Communications, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
- Background in Social Work or Public Administration is a plus.
- Must have strong people management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Lancaster New City Cavite.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must know how to drive and properly licensed.
