The Growth Manager functions as a scrum leader of a cross-functional team and uses a champion-challenger approach in marketing initiatives. The role needs to drive growth for the organization through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and tactics. He/she leads a team of professionals with diverse skill sets, applying agile/scrum methodologies to ensure the team is working efficiently, and using data and experimentation to continually optimize and improve marketing efforts. He/she is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them, while also managing budgets and communicating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of objectives. The ultimate with business goal of this function is to drive revenue and profitability for the organization by deepening customer engagement. He/she plays a critical role in achieving this goal by leading and managing the cross-functional teams and ensuring that they are focused on driving growth and delivering results.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes effective strategies and tactics that drive growth for the organization
  • Leads a team of marketing, design, business analyst, and development professionals, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's objectives and working towards achieving the team's goals
  • Applies agile/scrum methodologies to the team's processes, ensuring that the team is continuously iterating and improving on their strategies and tactics
  • Identifies growth opportunities and conducts research and analysis to determine the most effective tactics to implement
  • Tests and experiments with new customer engagement channels while also maintaining existing marketing strategies that have proven to be successful
  • Manages budgets and ensures that the team is spending their resources effectively and efficiently
  • Analyzes and reports on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of efforts and inform future strategy
  • Communicates with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, product managers, and other teams, to ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals
  • Responsible for the creation of data extensions and journeys for experimental engagements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and their equivalents on other bank marketing technologies
  • Ensures that requirements are supported prior to execution, which may involve performing other related functions from time to time


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related courses
  • At least 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Scrum/ Agile, Product Management
