About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, online retail environment, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product availability, features, and usage across all online channels and messaging platforms.
  • Ensure all customer messages are acknowledged and addressed—no message left behind.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Help maintain platform-specific customer service standards to achieve and sustain top performance ratings.
  • Support the order fulfillment team by organizing and monitoring customer orders, special instructions, and delivery requirements.
  • Track any changes to orders and communicate them clearly with the Sales team and other relevant departments.
  • Keep customers informed at every stage—from order confirmation to delivery—ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
