Responsible for attracting and hiring the right people for the organization's long-term goal. Manage the recruitment process from job vacancies, sourcing of talents, screening and validation, interviewing to placement of the right candidate.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
2. Well verse in the recruitment process, regulations and standards.
3. At least 2 years of proven experience in the field of recruitment.
4. With a working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
4. Ability to assess applicant's knowledge, skills and ability based on the position requirements.
5. With good problem-solving attitude and be able to supervise a team.
6. With ability to create Job analysis (job description, job requirements)
7. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
