1. Provides the needs of each business units.
2. Develops and implements marketing plans and initiatives to drive business sales growths.
3. Collaborates with cross functional team to define target audiences and market positioning.
4. Creates and executes integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertisement and others.
5. Monitors and analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Drives brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or any related field.
2. With at least three (3) years experienced as Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing leadership role in any branded or high-end products.
3. With technical expertise in marketing tools, software and equipment to design, manufacture marketing materials.
4. With a strong track record of driving successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
5. With understanding of marketing principles, strategic planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
