SNYDER USA is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Project Manager to join our team. This is a dual-role freelance position ideal for someone who thinks like a growth marketer and executes like a project manager. You'll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with our CEO and brand marketing teams to drive forward our DTC efforts.


Your Mission


Own and execute marketing campaigns across Shopify, Klaviyo, Paid Social, and Email

Act as the central hub for coordinating timelines, assets, teams, and performance

Improve our speed-to-execution without compromising quality

Lead freelancer and agency coordination to ensure accountability and delivery

Track and report key marketing KPIs to drive continuous optimization


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Execution

Manage campaigns across Shopify, Klaviyo, Paid Ads, and Email Flows

Work with CRO & CEO on campaign launches, promos, and our DTC calendar

Analyze and report on performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, open rates


Project Management


Own and maintain detailed timelines for campaigns, launches, and deliverables

Lead weekly team standups (internal and external)

Manage project management tools (Asana/ClickUp or similar)

QA creatives and live assets for brand and performance alignment

Vendor & Freelancer Coordination

Be the point of contact for freelancers and agencies (ads, creative, email, CRO)

Ensure on-time delivery of assets and results

Help recruit and onboard new freelance talent as needed

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing or project management (DTC experience required)
  • Strong command of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads coordination
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Based in LATAM preferred, EST-compatible timezone
  • Experience with Asana/ClickUp or similar tools
  • Performance-driven mindset with a love for metrics and conversion
  • Bonus: Background in sporting goods, golf, or outdoor brands
  • Bonus: Familiarity with influencer or affiliate marketing coordination
