- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and product recommendations
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Test software applications and report bugs to development teams
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and setup
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Participate in product training and technical certification programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
- Handle customer feedback and feature requests
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Knowledge of networking, databases, and software applications

- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
