Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead digital campaigns and elevate brand visibility across both corporate and property-level initiatives. The ideal candidate is well-versed in content strategy, funnel marketing, and paid media—and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You Will Do

  • Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, setting budgets, audiences, creatives, and tracking so every click is tied to a cost per qualified lead.
  • Plan and execute SEO improvements, from site speed and schema to keyword mapping and local ranking.
  • Build high conversion landing pages in WordPress or Webflow, adding testimonials, single call-to-action buttons, and risk reversal copy.
  • Design and launch lead magnets such as checklists or ROI calculators, linking them to forms or chat widgets.
  • Set up GA4, Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and Looker Studio dashboards to report each funnel stage.
  • Run A B tests and heatmap reviews to lift conversion rates and lower acquisition cost.
  • Automate welcome and nurture sequences in HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, including lead scoring and meeting scheduling.
  • Report weekly on pipeline, wins, bottlenecks, and next actions.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Collaborate directly with company executives to execute marketing strategies and support branding initiatives
  • Hands on experience with Google Ads search and display, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Practical knowledge of technical and on page SEO.
  • Proficiency in WordPress or Webflow plus basic HTML and CSS tweaks.
  • Fluent with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Marketing automation mastery in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar, including list segmentation and drip sequencing.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets ability for funnel modelling and budget tracking.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Rate: $7 USD per hour
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
