What You'll Be Doing

• Help schedule interviews and support the hiring process
• Keep employee records organized and up to date
• Assist with admin duties and daily operations
• Support HR activities like onboarding, training, and team events
• Make sure the office runs smoothly behind the scenes

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• No prior experience needed — we’ll train you from day one

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• No experience required – full training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about marketing, sales, and people engagement
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage
