What You’ll Be Doing

As an Admin & HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our office operations smooth and our recruitment process efficient. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support and employee coordination.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment tasks: scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, updating job portals
  • Maintain and organize employee records and documents
  • Support onboarding for new hires
  • Handle basic office admin: filing, data entry, inventory, stationery, etc.
  • Assist with internal HR projects, training coordination & event planning
  • Liaise with team leaders to support staffing and office needs
