The Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the project management team to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the project manager onsite, adhering to project management procedures and company standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, including technical staff, vendors, stakeholders, and superiors.
  • Escalate, track, and manage project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project records are up to date and accessible.
  • Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide first-line support for software-related inquiries and issues, resolving basic technical problems and escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Log and track support tickets using the designated ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic usage.
  • Handle end-user concerns and complaints with professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot common software problems and provide solutions or workarounds.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to help clients use the software effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 2 years or less experience in administrative/project coordination role
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools
  • Experience working with LGUs or public sector clients is advantageous
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus
  • Knowledgeable of Software Development Lifecycle is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle client concerns and complaints
